Frequently Asked Questions
Q1
What information should I provide to get an accurate quotation?
It would be ideal to share a specific description or details including:
- Box structure or type, or what function you would like to achieve;
- Product size (Length x Width x Height, or Diameter x Height) for a proper box dimension;
- Materials and surface finishing preferences;
- Printing colors (CMYK or PMS);
- Quantity (unit prices decrease with higher volumes due to basic running setup costs);
- Preferred shipping method. Ex-works is our standard term.
Q2
Can you assist with the design process?
Absolutely, yes. We have professional in-house designers ready to assist you in creating a high-selling, attractive design layout.
Q3
Can we request samples? Are there associated costs?
Yes. Stock samples can be provided for free, with only the delivery cost covered by the client. Customized samples will be charged according to your requirements, and the sample fee is refundable in most cases upon bulk order confirmation.
Q4
What is the difference between CMYK and PMS colors?
CMYK refers to Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. Each color is printed from separate plates in layers to create full-color images. This is also called four-color printing.
PMS (Pantone Matching System) represents special spot colors. PMS colors are assigned specific codes for mixing inks, ensuring exact color consistency across print jobs.
Q5
How is quality guaranteed before and during production?
Typically, bulk production starts only after samples are confirmed and all specifications are clarified. You can also utilize trade assurance programs to secure quality, delivery, and payments. Third-party inspections are welcome as well.
Q6
Will a sample be made before placing a direct bulk order?
Yes, pre-production samples are created prior to bulk runs to confirm structural size, materials, finishing, and content layout. Depending on timeline urgency, we can send physical samples or share high-resolution videos and photos.
