QWhen will my order be shipped?

Normally the production time is 15-20 Calendar days. If your order is urgent, we can arrange it as priority. Please contact our sale for a more exact timeline.

QCan I get a sample before placing an order?

We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involved. However, this could be refund upon mass production.

QHow can I pay?

We accept various paying methods, such as T/T, trade assurance, paypal... The best way is trade assurance order, our sales will send you a payment link, and you can pay online.

QWhat kind of file do you need to make the mass production?

AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file, do not worry, we can provide design services for you.

QHow do you ensure product quality?

We have advanced machinery to assure the quality of our product for all our clients. The machinery is regularly serviced to ensure excellent production. Our QC department strictly carries on a precise process to ensure best quality. And we produce the products strictly according to the demand of the clients and make sure the quality of the product. However printing products have color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid it.
