Q1: What's Your Product Range?

Q2: What information should I let you known if I want to get a quotation?
1. The size of the products (length, width, thickness)
2. The material and the surface handling
3. The printing color
4. The quantity
5. If it is possible, pls provide the pics or design stretch. samples will be the best for the clarifying.
Q3: What you can do if I want to do customization?
If customer has any needs of customization or OEM service , please contact our staff for more information . For appearance change , like Logo , outlook adding ,print , language , it would be easy to achieve . For ingredient change , please arrange sample for us .
Q4: How about the sample sending?
If need to make new sample, then need pay sample fee. The amount based on different samples. If need our stock sample ,then it is Free , but need to pay the mailing costs,or can give us your DHL, FedEx, UPS etc account, we can send sample by freight collect with your express account.
Q5: What is the payment term?
Prepaid 50% deposit + all cylinder fee, Balance payment after the completion of the production . We can take pictures with the production process during print, cut, finished products and other details!
Q6: How long is the delivery time?
Vary from 12 days to 25 days depending on the styles and quantity of products ordered .
