Q2How many color options are available?
Over 50 standard colors. We will provide a Pantone color card for your selection, and custom colors are available upon request.
Q3What is the production lead time?
7-10 days for samples; 15-20 days for mass production in regular seasons, and 25-30 days during peak seasons (March-May, September-November).
Q4What are the payment terms?
T/T or L/C at sight. 30% deposit to start production, and the balance to be paid before shipment after goods inspection.
Q5Do you provide design support for custom packaging?
Yes, our design team offers 2 rounds of free revisions based on your logo and requirements. We can also work with your provided design files (AI, PDF, PSD formats).
Q6How do you handle product damage during shipping?
We ensure secure packaging, but if damage occurs, please provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement of damaged parts within 7 days.
