Aseptic Packaging Material are produced through a process of Paper, AL, PE coating which involves combining 3 layer PE, 1AL, 1Paper. Paper is generally up to 200g/m2. or even as higher as 250g/m2. Thickness of AL foil is 0.006mm. It has good tightness performance, and the AL layer of dense, no organic inclusions can provide excellent sunlight resistance in order to keep the food/milk/juice fresh.

Storage, Transportation, and Handling Guidelines
A. Storage Guidelines
Keep the product absolutely dry.
Store the product in a dry and well-ventilated area, preferably indoors, to avoid condensation and moisture penetration. Make sure storage areas are roofed.
Avoid storing products in environments exposed to sand and dust. Dust buildup can damage the AL (aluminum) coatings, hinder drying, and promote white rust formation.
Do not stack rolls excessively high. Proper stacking heights are essential for safety and preventing sheet deformation or damage. Limit total inventory time to within 6 months.
B. Transport & Handling Guidelines
When transporting rolls in a truck, safeguard the roll surfaces against physical damage. It is recommended to use a rubber sheet beneath the coils or dedicated transport stands.
Securely fix stacked sheets during transit to ensure they do not shift or slide due to vehicle vibration.
