Q1Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer and have been in this industry for more than 10 years.
Q2How can I get a sample? How long will it take?
A: For customized sample, we'll check if it's printable after receiving your file. You are supposed to pay both the sample cost and freight. It will take 2-5 days to make the sample, then 2-3 days or so to deliver by express courier like FedEx, DHL or UPS.
Q3Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience in paper box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help carry out your idea into perfect boxes.
Q4What is your payment terms?
A: Usually by T/T in advance. At least 30% of total amount paid in advance as down payment before mass production, and the rest should be paid before shipment or against copy of B/L.
Q5What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
A: It will take 7-10 days normally, 10-15 days in peak season, and mostly based on the quantities. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets, or follow your requirements. Shrink wrapping is available as per request. The cargos will then be delivered via sea or air.
Q6What will you do for quality control?
A: During manufacturing and before shipping, the items will be strictly inspected by our QC team and well packed. If the items are damaged when you receive them, or if you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problems result from our side, we will accept returns and arrange replacements or refunds.
